Being IN the Amboy Territorial Days Parade is a family tradition. At least FOUR GENERATIONS of families have participated in the parade since it began in 1961. All ages are invited to come join in the fun - whether it's your 1st time or your 55th time!
Watching the parade is a lot of fun too, especially for the kids! The Parade route in Amboy is on Hwy 503 starting at Amboy Middle School and continuing to Amboy Territorial Park. Entrants in the parade line up in front of the Amboy Middle School on NE Chelatchie Rd. This year the Parade will have an Announcer! He will be at the turn on Hwy 503 at Nick's. Want to be in this year's Parade? Fill out an entry form, see above. Choose a category for your entry from the list of many options. Each entry will be judged based on: Theme, Effort, Originality and Overall Appeal. Good Luck! And most importantly Have Fun!
