Beer Garden (21 & older):Note NEW Hours! FRI 5:00pm - 10:30pm Last Call, SAT 11:00am - 10:30pm Last Call, SUN 11am - 5:30pm Last Call. Featuring a variety of Beers, Wines, Mike's. FREE Live Music on Stage. Friday night 7:00pm - 10:30pm: band is Countryside Ride. This band plays a mix of Traditional Country & Western, Honky-Tonk, Hillbilly, Western Swing and more. Children's Play Area: In the center of the Park, near the Food Pavilion, there's a great play area for the kiddos. Lots of picnic tables around, fir and cedar trees providing shade.
Food & Beverage Vendors: FRI 3:00pm - 10:00pm, SAT and SUN: Boy Scouts' Breakfast 7:00am - 10:00am. Everything else SAT: 11:00am - 10:00pm, SUN: 11:00am - 6:00pm. Visit the Pavilion kitchens for a selection of tasty items, as well as several food booths around the area for refreshing drinks and ices and a variety of delicious eats. Bob King the Legendary Chainsaw Carving Artist: SAT and SUN. He will demonstrate his chainsaw carving skills and produce several carvings over the weekend. Amboy Territorial Days is pleased to present the 5th annual Photography Show and Contest. All ages are welcome to participate. How it works: Please bring up to 4 of your best images to Building A between 3pm and 8pm Friday July 13. Photo Contest Categories: People, Black and White, Animals, Scenics, General Interest (Misc.). Photo Contest Sizes: 5" X 7" to 11" X 14". No framed photos. All photos should be mounted onto a foam core or matting material. Judging takes place Saturday morning July 14. Ribbons awarded. Ring of Fire 5k, 10k and Little Loggers' Lap (7th Annual!): Sunday July 14. The Amboy Fire Fighter Association is proud to sponsor these runs starting at Amboy Territorial Park. Registration starts at 7:00am or you can register in advance on Active.com. Race kick-off at 8:00am. Registration is $30.00 per person, children under 10 Free. Scavenger Hunt!BeautifullyHand Painted Rocks. Saturday 11:00am - dusk, Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm. 20+ Hand painted rocks will be hidden on the Territorial Park grounds. Half of the Rocks will be hidden on Saturday and another half will be hidden on Sunday. (No rocks in the Waser Arena or the Beer Garden, or parking lot). One rock in each group will have a special mark on it to indicate that it is a prize winning rock. If you find one of these special rocks take it to the Amboy Territorial Days Souvenir Booth (Portable Building "B") to get a prize. Everyone gets to keep their found rocks. Please, only one rock per family. The Souvenir Booth will be in the Portable Building on the west side of the Park, same building as the Silent Auction.
Silent Auction: FRI 3:00pm - dusk, SAT 11:00am - dusk, SUN 11:00am - 2:00pm. Portable Building "B" (west side of the Park). Pick up items by 3:00pm Sunday. Gift Baskets, Collectables, Arts and Crafts, Gift Certificates. Make a Bid, or pay the 'Buy it Now' price to immediately acquire an item. Final bids in by 2:00pm Sunday. Amboy Baptist Church Service: SUN 10:00am - 11:00am. It's a peaceful time in the Park and the Olstead Stage is situated in a beautiful forested location for service.
ALL funds earned from events and park use fees, after expenses, are used to improve the Park and assist our local community.
